Use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone 6, remove the iPhone display screen, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then remove the iPhone motherboard.
Use Mechanic Tweezers to remove the shied cover from the iPhone motherboard, and then we need to remove the iPhone main CPU and iPhone baseband CPU.
Next, we need to remove the iPhone Nand flash, use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone Nand flash, and use BGA remove blade to scrape it, and then remove the iPhone Nand flash.
Now install a new iPhone main CPU. Use hot air gun to smoke rosin to the iPhone main CPU solder pad, put iPhone main CPU on the right position, and then use hot air gun to install it. Then install the iPhone baseband CPU, apply some solder paste to the solder pad, put iPhone baseband CPU on the right position, and then install it.
Apply some solder paste to the solder pad, put iPhone Nand flash to the right position, and then install it to the motherboard.
Put iPhone motherboard under a Black Simul-Focal Microscope, we start to remove the iPhone baseband eeprom IC from the motherboard, and then install a new iPhone baseband IC to the motherboard.
Assemble the iPhone 6, connect it to computer, and then restore it with iTunes, and then we can start to activate it.
