Install a new iPhone XS battery, assemble the iPhone XS, and test it, but the problem is still the same, the iPhone XS battery still drains quickly. So it's not the problem of the iPhone XS battery, next we need to check iPhone XS motherboard.
Disassemble the iPhone XS again, remove the iPhone screen, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then take out the iPhone motherboard.
Measure the iPhone XS motherboard by DC power supply to check current, we found it leaks 300mA, and we found that this iPhone XS was repaired before, because there are traces of layering.
Put iPhone XS motherboard on the MJ CH5 separating station to separate the layer. After separating, we can see that the layers doesn't match well.
Observe the iPhone motherboard under a Double Trinocular Microscope, we found the problem, a capacitor blackened. Login to the ZXW online account, we know this is a filter capacitor of the iPhone main power supply PP_VDD_MAIN.
Assemble the iPhone XS motherboard layer, and then assemble the iPhone XS. Turn on the iPhone XS, all functions tested are normal, and then iPhone battery drains properly.
