Since April 2022, Self Service Repair has given anyone with experience repairing electronic devices access to the same manuals, genuine Apple parts, and tools used at Apple Store locations and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Starting on June 21, each iPhone 14 model, the M2 13-inch MacBook Air, the M2 Pro MacBook Pro, and the M2 Max MacBook Pro are part of the Self Service Repair program. Anyone wanting to repair these devices can use the same parts, iPhone Repair Tools, and manuals the Apple Store locations and Authorized Service Providers use.
Not for everyone
Apple also announced it is expanding the Self Service Repair program for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 True Depth camera and top speaker, as well as for the M1 Mac desktops in the US, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.![](https://cdn.shopifycdn.net/s/files/1/0307/0073/2554/files/sean_hollister_20220510_121054_jpg_webp_750x563_e952084a-b563-4bdf-8257-720c42f14a55_480x480.png?v=1690363262)
