1. Detect the matching degree of faces ID
Matching is required before the face can be restored, Components required for facial work: infrared lens, dot matrix; you can use AY Assistant to check whether the dot matrix code and infrared code match before maintenance.
2. Back up the original dot matrix data
Connect the dot matrix cable to A108 programmer, connect the mobile phone to AY Assistant, and click "Cloud Backup".
The test results may include the following scenarios:
- Normal lattice does not require lattice maintenance;
- If the fuse lattice is damaged, the AY lattice chip solution can be replaced;
- Any problem with NTC can be solved by plugging in NTC resistor;
- I2C is disconnected, and the lattice data cannot be directly backed up for repair. It is necessary to repair the circuit and then repair the lattice.
3. Solder the adapter pad and chip
Separate the magnetic ring and prism, and remove the original lattice chip. The specific situation after the chip is removed is as shown in the figure below.
Then weld the adapter pad and chip. The chip points are divided into 16-pin chips and 25-pin chips.
The last step is to glue the magnetic ring and the prism together, paying attention to the alignment.
