Do you get the dreaded iTunes Error 56 on your iPhone 6S Plus? It is quite a common problem, usually, the error occurs when you are updating or restoring your iPhone with iTunes; the error message reads, “The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (56)”. How to fix it? Here is a solution.
Use screwdrivers to remove the screws next to the iPhone lightning port, and then use LCD screen sucker to open the iPhone 6S Plus display screen. Remove the iPhone display screen, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then take off the iPhone motherboard.
Attach the iPhone motherboard to the
MJ K22 PCB Jig fixture, use DES H92 soldering station and BGA removal graver to remove the glue around the iPhone CPU.
Heating the iPhone CPU, and then use
BGA graver remove the iPhone CPU carefully.
Cleaning the solder pad, apply some solder paste to it, and then use
Aifen A9 Pro soldering station and tweezers to install the iPhone CPU back to the motherboard.
Finally, assemble the iPhone 6S Plus, and connect it to the computer via iPhone lightning cable, use iTunes to restore it again, now the iPhone 6S Plus can be restored successfully, the iTunes error 56 has been solved.
