Bloomberg: iPhone 14 Event slated for September 7, release on September 16
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman report, Apple is aiming to hold its first fall event on Wednesday, September 7.
The event will focus on the iPhone 14 models and the Apple Watch Series 8. Some Apple retail employees have been told to “prepare for a major new product release on Sept. 16.”
Apple has already been preparing the pre-recorded event. As with its other events that have taken place during the COVID-19 pandemic, the plan is for this event to be streamed online, Gurman reports.
Apple plans to release a total of four iPhone 14 models, including a 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max. Related Roundups:
