Usage Notes

• For iPhone 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max, the verification of True Tone is done using the cover code inside the display IC. You only need to write the cover code of the display IC and should not modify the data of the original touch IC to avoid touch IC data loss and pop-up issues.
  
  
• The display IC has a limited number of write times, usually 3 to 5 times. If the write fails, it is likely that the limit has been exceeded, and it is not recommended to continue writing as it may damage the screen.
  
  
• The data of the touch IC does not have a write limit and can be modified repeatedly.
  
  
• For iPhone 12 series, 13 series, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max models, the verification of True Tone is done using the cover code inside the display IC. For iPhone 8-11 Pro Max, iPhone 14, and 14 Plus models, the verification of True Tone is done using the cover code inside the touch IC.
  
  
• For iPhone 14 Pro Max, Samsung and LG screens are compatible with each other, but not all LG screens are compatible for interchangeability. You can differentiate the screen types by magnifying the area.
  
  Region 01 is incompatible with regions 02 and 03, while regions 02 and 03 are compatible for interchangeability.

Operating Instructions

Solution 1: When the original screen is present and the touch IC has not been replaced

1. Read the data from the original screen and write it to the new screen.
2. Transfer the touch IC to the new screen.
3. Complete the installation to resolve the True Tone and pop-up issues.

Solution 2: When the original screen is present, but the touch IC has been transferred to the new screen

1. Read the data from the new screen with the transferred touch IC.
2. Write the data of the original touch IC to the new screen by selecting "True Tone Touch Repair Write" in the device's operation interface.
3. Complete the installation to resolve the issue of missing True Tone and pop-ups.

Solution 3: When there is no original screen or the original screen data is lost
There are two methods to retrieve the original data:

• Non-disassembly hard disk method: Unbind using V1SE Wi-Fi Programmer or V1S Pro according to the phone's system version, then use cloud burning on the device.
• Disassembly hard disk method: Regardless of the system version, remove the hard disk and use P13 or JC V1S Pro Programmer with BGA110/315 module for unbinding, then use cloud burning on the device.

1. Write the new screen into the cloud data to perform "No Original Screen Repair" function.
2. Complete the installation to resolve the issue of missing True Tone functionality.

• Solution: Confirm if the written display cover code matches the original one. Also, check if the distance sensor flex cable and the original ambient light code are used. If not, consider replacing them.

2. Auto brightness adjustment is not working after the repair.

• Solution: The screen data may be incomplete. Read the data from a complete screen and modify the corresponding data before writing it to the new screen.

3. Failed to write True Tone.
